Each month I'll do the following:
Reconcile your bank and credit card accounts
Produce A/P and A/R Aging reports
Produce a Balance Sheet and Income Statement
Accounts Payable - I will enter bills that you receive from vendors. On a schedule that you set, I can prepare the payments for you through your banks billpay system or through bill.com.
Accounts Receivable- I will download your daily deposits and allocate them to the correct income accounts.
Payroll- I will maintain your current payroll system or get you set up from scratch.
As all clients are different in what they need, want, and require, I would need to meet with you to go over the details of your specific business to give you a quote.
Why is it important to have a Bookkeeper?
As a business owner it is important for you to know at any given point in time who owes you money and what bills are outstanding so you can make sound business decisions.
It is also important to have your books up to date and accurate for when you need financing or are applying for credit.
Having your books current and accurate will also make it easier for your CPA at year end.
